1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zaguán, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Service Description

Zaguán provides an architectural gateway to access multiple AI models from various providers through a single OpenAI-compatible endpoint. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party AI model providers.

3. Account Registration

To use Zaguán, you must:

•Provide accurate and complete registration information
•Maintain the security of your account credentials
•Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
•Not share your API keys with unauthorized parties

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zaguán to:

•Violate any laws or regulations
•Infringe on intellectual property rights
•Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
•Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
•Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
•Exceed rate limits or abuse the API

5. Billing & Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Founder's Plan pricing (€15/month) is locked for life for early subscribers.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Zaguán. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime due to third-party provider issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zaguán is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

•Loss of data or revenue
•Service interruptions or errors
•Content generated by AI models
•Actions taken by third-party providers

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at GitHub Issues.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Norway. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Norway.
