Zaguán Terms of Service

Summary: You agree to use Zaguán responsibly, follow the rules of our providers, and understand that you're using the service at your own risk.

⚠️ Important: Zaguán currently operates using the service provider's own API accounts. Until enterprise agreements are in place, all usage is processed through our internal credentials. This means Zaguán reserves the right to limit or suspend access at any time if provider policies require it.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Zaguán, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What Zaguán Is

Zaguán is an AI routing service that gives you access to multiple model providers through one OpenAI-compatible API. All upstream requests run through our own provider API keys. We do our best to keep the service available and secure, but there are no guarantees of uptime or performance.

3. What You're Responsible For

You agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful, ethical purposes
  • Respect the usage limits in your plan
  • Keep your account secure and private
  • Not use Zaguán to create, share, or assist in illegal, abusive, or harmful content

You are fully responsible for any content or activity sent through your account. Illegal use will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities if required by law.

4. Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, cause abuse, or risk our relationships with upstream providers. Zaguán acts as an intermediary to third-party AI providers. Each provider has its own usage and content policies, which also apply to any requests made through this service. We may change or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

5. Privacy

We process prompts and metadata only to provide the service and manage usage. We don't sell or share your data with outside parties.

6. No Warranty / Limited Liability

Zaguán is provided as is. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the service.

7. Updates

We can update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the new version.
